The TMAS TMN-50 and PC Manager provide a low cost, simple and yet comprehensive solution for the service provider in elderly home monitoring. TMN-50 can monitor the pull cord, panic push button and RF pendant/wristband.
Should there be any emergency case triggered, it will send out predefined SMS alert (with its location details) to their immediate family members and also to the elderly care center PC as well as the relevant personnel. At the same time, it also turns on the corridor flash light to attract neighbour’s immediate attention.
For this solution, no phone line is required. Subscription can be simply plug and play, with wireless sensors or wrist/pendant tag. The TMN-50 controller can make its own decision in alerting the relevant parties and managed the way the emergency message can be dispatched efficiently.
The elderly care center can use a normal PC with PC Manager software to form a wireless central monitoring station or alternatively to have TMAS web based application to enable various parties to manage the elderly profiles, view the alarm history report or quick location mapping via internet.
The value proposition here is that the services can be rolled out without heavy investment in the elderly care center, cabling and infra structure. The platform is highly scalable, from 1 to ten of thousands of deployment size. It is also flexible and less dependent on cabling and infra structure. It is robust for alert message to reach to the relevant parties, even in the event of massive failure of elderly care center or line jammed during the critical period at call center.
