With today advancement of the PC technology, your existing PC may be very much under utilized. Our Green Virtual PC or Virtual Machine solution is designed to tap the host computer's excess computing power. It uses its proprietary terminal server called vSpaceTM Terminal Server Software ( NCT-2000-XP or NCX-2000-XP ) and UXP protocols from our technology partner, NComputing Inc to support such a multi-pc user environment for desktop virtualization

 

Unlike traditional windows thin client pc, this is an unique virtual PC that does not rely on Critix MetaFrame / ICA client . It also has no CPU, operating system, hard-disk, CD-ROM but yet it can still perform the usual PC functions and desktop virtualization. Thus, it is appealing to many businesses especially for education and manufacturing companies as it can help to reduce the overall IT cost of ownership in terms of operation and hardware maintenance aspects significantly.

How it works?


L Series


Up to 30pcs of L130 Virtual PC and/or L230 Virtual PC terminals can be connected via LAN to share the resource of its host pc/server. The vSpaceTM terminal server software i.e. NCT-2000-XP can be installed in the host pc/server for sharing its resources with these virtual PC terminals. Once they are powered up and connected to the selected host, the usual windows logon screen will appear. User need to just login to go to normal windows desktop environment to access the desired windows applications.

X Series


Another family series is the X series which consists of X350 and X550 model.

 

Each X350 Virtual PC Set kit has three smaller virtual PC terminals plus a PCI card. Once the PCI card is installed into the host PC with the graphic and bus numerator drivers and also NCX-2000-XP is installed properly, the three virtual PC terminals can be connected to the host pc via direct cabling within 5m (for Cat5e) or 10m (for Cat6). The usual windows logon screen will appear as well.

Each X550 Virtual PC Set has five smaller virtual PC terminals plus a PCI card. It enables you to dramatically cut computing costs by sharing the untapped power of your full sized PCs. Each kit adds five users to a PC, so with two X550 kits a total of eleven users can share one PC simultaneously. And each user gets the full performance and capability of a PC, including multi-media and full-screen video.
